寻找会创建AR Filter的程序员

在这里打扰大家了。故事是这样的，我有个NY的设计师朋友，他们目前正在找一个能帮他们创建在微信或者微博使用的AR filters, 这是一个有偿的短期项目，如果是在校学生感兴趣的话也可以联系我朋友，要求能用中文和英文交流。

我不是很了解这一块， 所以贴出一些细节和截图：
Basically we’re looking for someone to help us create some AR filters to be used with WeChat or Weibo, something like this


As a comparison to create a custom instagram AR filter, a developer can use a third party platform called AR Studios, or Spark Studio sometimes may not need to write a line of code to create one. AR Studios is created by Facebook who owns Instagram so they are well integrated which makes the creating process easier. I haven't gone into details with it but I can guess the process.

When it comes to Weibo and Wechat, firstly WeChat Time Capsule(微信时刻) doesn't support filters yet so it's out. Weibo doesn't have something like the AR Studios yet but I'm asking my friends to see if anyone knows more about it or if there are any third party apps that do the job, or to see if what's created from FB's AR Studios can be in some way applied to Weibo (this is the ideal situation because you might not need a developer who speaks Chinese to create the filter in this case). In addition to that, it's also good to know that these days most developers tend to focus on one OS, meaning in one or more cases I mentioned above it might be hard to find a developer able to work  in both iOS and Android environment.
