第一次见着AD

录取信里面有这么几段话：
In order to commence full-time study on August 26, 2013 you must have the appropriate visa in place (if applicable). Depending on the nature and restrictions of your funding source, this offer may be rescinded if you are unable to arrive at Carnegie Mellon by September 1, 2013. In the interest of saving time, if you wish to enroll for the Fall semester, please complete the XXX form and return it to the Office of International Education at the address printed on the form. This will facilitate our sending you your I-20.




Please submit your enrollment decision and a non-refundable $100 enrollment fee using our XXX form as soon as possible. This offer of admission is guaranteed through April 15, 2013. After April 15, your acceptance will be considered based on space availability. Students accepting our offer are required to submit official and final transcripts prior to enrollment, and to pass a full credential evaluation of the application material.

小弟第一次见到AD，所以有几个问题请教各位大侠啊！
Questions：
1）上面第一段话的意思是我得填个表之后邮寄给他们，他们再给我发I-20？
2）第二段的意思是不是让我在4月15号之前做决定，如果决定去CMU就把那个form填了，之后再交100刀的enrollment fee？

占位费是要先交的 不然I20表填了人家也是不会给你issue的
交了占位费以后填好表返回去 人家要Process再给你i20

我之前被rutgers拒了，现在被CMU录了，好多学校还没出结果啊。。。

嗯 目测是这样哒~

看给你的意思就是4.15之前占坑即可 占坑后可以再弄I20 但是弄I20以后退学校就很麻烦了
而且100刀占坑费真心不贵

是啊~不过我在想要不要到美帝学点高科技的东西。你也是学土木的？你想想，对于土木这种传统学科，本身在美国就很难找到工作。况且，要是回国发展的话，在国外读个传统土木MS跟国内清华、同济、浙大、东南、天大这些土木传统强校毕业的硕士研究生会很有竞争力吗？其实，我也申请了美帝其他传统土木强校，在等结果。
