教堂山上的Stat还是静悄悄吗？

NC到底什么情况？有AD吗？有拒信吗？@NC 喂，愚人节过了！

过年的时候发的第一批ad

刚刚在UNC的FAQ里看到了这个
Q: How can I check the status of my application? I have received offers from other universities, and need to reply soon.  My top choice was UNC – Chapel Hill.
A: After an application is submitted you can always log back in to see the status.  You will receive automated email notification whenever your status changes. We usually make the first round of offers by the end of January at the latest, and you will be notified if the decision is positive. Negative decisions are usually posted by late April.

确实 好像之前看到过几个instor的phd降录ms

申了stat phd 一直等到现在 静悄悄＋1
