FAQ：
- 要求 Strong 编程能力，学Analytics或者BI的同学 如果没有任何coding的经历就不用投了，基本过不了resume，对coding要求不是调用过ML/DL的包或者会用pandas这种，需要熟悉数据结构和算法，leetcode easy没问题 medium大部分能做的
- 这个职位有2个head count，一个偏向engineering一个偏向Machine learning research，放在同一个job下面招人，进来方向根据工作内容选择
- New grad的动手能力比较好的，有相关经验或者有intern的我们会考虑，不用太担心
- 主要工作内容是构建 end-to-end machine learning based application/service，这是一个内部相对比较新的组，每个人的责任范围比较大，工作风格很自由，比较像start up那样
- 面试不会要求leetcode hard问题，或者根本不会问leetcode的题，没刷过太多题或者看不上刷题的也不用担心
- 入职时间倾向于3个月以内的

Key Qualifications - Engineering focused
- 1-2 years work experience with software development, in-depth understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Good programming and software development experience/skills, fluent in at least one general programming language such as Python, Java, Scala
- Work/project experience with relational database such as MySQL/PostgreSQL, big data technologies such as Spark, HDFS, Hive
- Full-stack development experience (e.g., UI, Services and APIs) for ML application preferred.
- Experience with productionization of data science and machine learning models is a plus
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, innovative, highly motivated, and ability to learn quick

Key Qualifications - ML focused
- 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Data Science. You should have a strong and curious mind with an ability to transfer complex business concepts and challenges into actionable machine learning problems.
- Solid programming skills in one of the programming languages like Python, Java, C++, experience using relevant packages (e.g., Scikit-Learn, Keras, Tensorflow) to build statistical/ML models.
- We seek hands-on experience with big data technologies such as SQL, Hadoop and Spark.
- Good knowledge in one or more of the following machine learning areas: time-series analysis, anomaly detection, recommender systems, clustering, text mining and deep learning.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools for full-stack data analysis and presentation preferred.
- We seek excellent communication, social and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.

请问具体会是怎么样考察coding呢？ML focused考察ml ds知识点，engineering的会偏coding？
