Foreign Address Information Requested

今天撸状态的时候发现了这个，找了一大圈没找见应该在哪里填，求教求教！
1) Foreign Address Information Requested:
Effective January 30, 2003, UW-Madison must report information on all international students holding F-1 or J-1 visas to U.S. Citizenship Immigration Services (USCIS). All international students are required to provide a foreign home address.Please go to My UW to enter a foreign 'home' address (Cannot be a P.O. box, university, or business address).

2) Other Information or Document(s) Needed:
You can not have a PO Box as your home address. Your home address is a street address where you would live if you were not in school.  Note, most students use their parent's street address as their home address.
