实验室研究方向：NLP，Multimodal AI，Human-Centered Computing，Trustworthy Language Technologies，特别是针对LLM/VLM的可解释性及基于可解释性的高效模型优化 （interpretability and interpretability-guided efficient optmization），社会智能体的开发与评估（social agent development and evaluation），以及人机协同（human-AI teaming）的相关研究。

对口专业背景：计算机科学，信息工程，电子工程，以及相关专业，有相关研究经验者优先考虑。 我们特别希望prospective students能够对NLP/AI研究有强烈的兴趣与好奇心，喜欢自主思考，有一定研究独立性， 对科研严谨负责， 具备良好的沟通能力和协作精神。

实验室目前有来自政府（e.g.，NSF）和工业界（e.g.，Google，Nvidia）等多项资源支持。 我们会为学生提供充分的科研支持并鼓励学生多元化的毕业去向。
