checkee上看到好多同一天面试的人都issue了，又给niv发了邮件，收到了新模板，见回复。焦心~~~

是很奇怪，上海的不管哪种类型的签证，issue都特别少。

需要在邮件里写什么信息，我们的Case number就够了还是也需要其他信息。谢谢

刚刚查到了issued。

顺便说一下万恶的模板回复：
1. Shanghai NIV，在一个月以内都是很快回复的，用模板回复：基本上是工作日当天，如果你发晚了，他们会在下一个工作日上午回复；你发中文，ta回中文；发英语，回英语；发中英问，回中英文。但是过了30天，我给他们发了3封邮件，一封都没回。

2. 通过预约网站发送的support-china，基本上当天肯定回复，他们可能是24小时工作制，甚至在半夜1，2点也会回复。同样也是模板回复。而且，我昨天上午发邮件问，下午就查到了状态更新，他们在今天凌晨1点多还是用模板回复需要additional AP。

后记补充：在网上查到issued之后，Shanghai NIV终于重新搭理我了，告诉我issue了
