个人的建议：多谈outsourcing，少谈“印度人太多了”，后者容易被认为是种族歧视。论证的重点放在，这样做会鼓励outsourcing，必须先解决outsourcing问题再解决backlog，否则backlog只会越来越多break down整个移民体系。

当然可以着重强调diversity会被新法案破坏，但again，不要说太多“印度人怎么样“，可以说will be monopolized by a single country.

#HR1044 won't help the Indians. Instead, it will encourage outsourcing and Indian immigrants in the future will face a worse situation of more cheap labors kidnapping their priority date. There are better ways. STOP H1b abuse first! Don't drink poison to relieve thirst.#NoHR1044

If one country already takes up 75% of H1b visa and 60% PERM applications, does it count as discrimination if we want to give other people a chance? Backlog should be relieved, but not through inviting more outsourcing labors. Solve the real problem.#NoHR1044

Why I oppose #HR1044 despite that I am a H1b holder who also needs to wait 4+ years for a green card: it does not solve the real problem, may worsen it, and does NOT relieve the pain of backlog. We need a solution, but not this one. End H1b abuse first.
