简历求重锤

目前在ee专业转cs+回国实习的毫无优势的行列中，这次内推一家公司，学长说简历是ok的，但不知道为啥没过，所以想请大家帮忙看看。辛苦啦。简历在附件。方便大家看，我也复制文本到帖子里了。

Software Development Intern, DevCloud                                                                     
Jun. 2019 – Aug. 2019
• Implemented a monitor-portal service for an operation and maintenance platform called Zeus system released
by DevCloud based on Django, and launched the service online.
• Built RESTful APIs to achieve action log service, which can record users’ action on platform for better
management, designed models to store log items and added elements into user interface to implement frontend
interaction.
• Refactor the codebase of host monitor service by simplifying system structure, applying cache to store data
through asynchronous and scheduled tasks, and pagination with ajax to improve page loading speed by 50%.
• Optimized the database of host and non-host to meet growing user’s information by adding index, optimizing
query method and utilizing Redis as middleware for database cache.


Photo Album Web Applications
Team Leader Sept. 2018 – Dec. 2018
• Developed a photo album web application deployed on AWS cloud, which allows users to upload, share and
comment on the photos.
• Achieved photo search, uploading and recognition function with ElasticSearch, Rekognition and LEX service
with Node.JS, and stored user’s comments in DynamoDB.
• Used API Gateway to setup API with Lambda Integration, provided users authentication based on Cognito
service, and deployed the service inside a VPC3 to prevent unauthorized access.
Proxy Server
Individual Project Jan. 2019 – Mar. 2019
• Developed a multi-threaded web proxy server with Python socket programming based on TCP, which is able
. check 1point3acres for more.to cache recent-visited web pages locally.
• Implemented multi-threaded proxy using threading module to handle multiple web requests at the same time
• Completed web caching functionality, updating objects in cache using HTTP Conditional GET.
Real Time Bot Detection and Heat Analysis System
Team Leader Jan. 2019 – Jun 2019
• Developed a system to filter out bot in living stream, and analyze real-time heat based on Pyspark
• Accumulated real-time barrage to generate and store the current barrage dictionary through Beautiful Soup,
called API to gain the online data, and utilized Firebase to store the bot user data and barrage data.
• Designed a rule-based algorithm to filtered out the determined barrage bot, and utilized clean data to do realtime
heat analysis, and visualized data via web UI utilizing D3.js.
Advertising System
Individual Project Apr. 2019 – Jul. 2019
• Developed an advertising system based on SpringCloud micro-service architecture.
• Deployed a multi-node Eureka server, gateway through Zuul and implemented self-defined gateway filterer.
• Implemented advertising delivery system with Binlog incremental data posting and Kafka for scalability.

不是呢，是没过一家内推到hiring manager的中型公司

中型公司没过简历很正常，move on吧

.google  и其实还是大厂flag好过简历。我当时FLAG面试都拿到了，但是local中小型公司都没通过简历。因为招人少+需要背景特别match吧。

周围同学也基本是这个情况，FLAG都面一遍，总有1-2家给offer。中小公司可控性差。

. 1point3acres跟华为没有关系，周围的美国人都不知道华为。似乎只有知乎炒的很热，感觉美国人不关心，不知道。

skill写一下有多熟练，熟练到什么程度。。

我猜有一定可能性是华为实习的锅。。。

这个没办法判断😂，只能看友军今年的状态了
