Fragomen H1B Transfer PP Approval

Fragomen这次H1B transfer PP搞的特别慢。7月24号寄出去材料，8月9号才发邮件告诉我case number，我一看8月5号就通过了。

上myUSCIS看了一下，过程如下：
August 5, 2019 15-Day Premium Processing Clock Was Stopped For My Case
August 5, 2019 Case Was Approved
. July 31, 2019 Case Was Approved And My Decision Was Emailed
July 26, 2019 Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed
July 26, 2019 15-Day Premium Processing Clock Started for My Case
July 26, 2019 Request For Premium Processing Services Was Received
July 26, 2019 Case Was Received

Fragomen告诉我8月9号收到的case number。

也不知道最后一步Notifying是干啥用的。

我的律师也是很不靠谱。。。
我还不知道我的receipt number 不知道为啥这么慢

还没有收到亚麻发来的信，只收到了律师通知要带齐通过的文件参加orientation。

可以问一下楼主 case number写的是哪天received的吗
