马里兰大学MED-foreign language education系里推荐录取是什么意思？

3月12日早上刷到马里兰大学的department的推荐录取通知，说recommend我去graduate school录取，official的录取等研究生院发，这样是ad吗算？不会有问题的吧研究生院送审？

邮件原文如下：

Dear Ms. Chen:

On behalf of the faculty, I am pleased to inform you that you have been recommended to the Graduate School for admission into the Department of Teaching and Learning, Policy and Leadership graduate program.   Please note that "recommended" means that your acceptance is not official until approved by the Graduate School. The Graduate School will review our recommendation and send you official notification.

As an international applicant there may be additional requirements that you must satisfy, which include financial certification and visa documentation.  For further details, please contact the Office of International Services (OIS) by email at iesadv@deans.umd.edu or refer to their website at http://www.international.umd.edu/ies/97.


这个邮件是什么意思？是ad吗？因为有朋友告诉我，即使是系里面推荐，也有可能被研究生院拒。所以，我真的很焦虑很焦虑。求解！求答案！
maryland群里的同学告诉我，一般没问题，是ad了，要等2周才有正式录取，但是我还是好紧张。所以想问问答案！麻烦知道的同学给我个回复~谢啦。

btw，我申了5个学校，3连拒以后拿到马里兰大学的推荐录取，觉得非常珍惜，很不容易。

嗯 应该研院就是查这些基本的东西吧。。处理起来好像也是需要点时间的。。再慢慢等会~~

啊！你这么一说我也好紧张了啊！请问他家已经给我发AD了啊，，但是G不够 我居然傻乎乎的主动问小米有没有问题 小米说我入学考一下英语就行 然后这段时间好好学英语，囧。然后她说她联系研院 然后就没消息了= = 会不会再把我拒了啊！但是AD已经发下来了啊！

AD下来了就没问题了啊 congrats!!G不够和考英语没有必然联系吧 一般是T不够才考英语吧。。很少看到学校有G的最低限啊。。
