UTSA CE 2020 Spring/Fall全奖招生(AI/Cybersecurity)

美国德州圣安东尼奥分校（UTSA）计算机工程招收2~3名全奖博士生，2020 Spring或者2020 Fall入学皆可. 研究方向包括机器学习（Machine Learning）和网络空间安全 (Cybersecurity).

The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) is a public research university in San Antonio, Texas. With over 38,400 students and its main campus being the largest in the University of Texas System, UTSA offers a wide variety of academic studies including undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs. Established in 1969, it was selected by Times Higher Education as one of the best universities in the world under 50 years old.

San Antonio is the seventh most populous city in US with a population of more than 1.5 million. It is located in the south-central part of Texas, and the southwestern corner of the Texas Triangle, which has a lot of nearby IT job opportunities such as Google, Apple, and Facebook. San Antonio is home to six Fortune 500 companies and the South Texas Medical Center, the only medical research and care provider in the South Texas region. It is also notable for Spanish colonial missions, the Alamo, the River Walk, and commercial entertainment including SeaWorld and Six Flags Fiesta Texas theme parks. The city is home to the five-time (as of 2015) NBA champion San Antonio Spurs.

招生要求如下：
(1) 学习踏实, 对研究充满热情，愿意团队合作，计算机，通信，自动化或者其他相关专业的教育背景。
(2) 精通数学和有一定编程能力。
(3) 有效的GRE和TOEFL/IELTS成绩。

老师您好，我对USTA的博士项目有兴趣，BS MS 是Information System， 在ISU读的，6年的码工经验，目前在USAA工作，请问博士项目可以part time吗？我主要是想搞一些machine learning 方向上的研究。

请问老师大概什么时间能做决定呢？

老师我在university of Tulsa读的Master，主攻cybersecurity，现在主要想钻研deep learning，但是没有一点科研经验可以申请么
