Leveraged ETF doesn't charge any interest.
As I previously said, leveraged ETF achieve promised multiple performance by financial derivatives such as SWAP agreement. No money was borrowed at all.

Interest is probably the last thing to worry about when playing with leveraged ETF.

hmmm....then how is it getting a leveraged return if it doesn't finance/borrow?

Do your own research. Google is your friend.
SWAP Agreement is the most common way.
And there are many other ways.
