ME ms 没套到老师就不用等了= =

  Since you have sent international applicants information about finding an advisor before review, and I haven't found an professor who would like to be my advisor, does that mean you won't review my application, or  I don't need to wait for the result? Thank you.

That is correct. We will not review the application of an international student if they have not found a faculty member who would agree to be their advisor.
