求EB1a 评估

问下论坛的朋友们，这样的条件申请EB1A的可能性：

在还算顶级的研究型医院做Biostatistician。文章10篇，无一作。Citation 截止现在100左右。Review 60+。一个Journal的Associate editor。其中两篇paper有媒体报道，这两篇中有一篇在医学Top1的杂志发表，因为是临床的重大突破，有上百家媒体报道。

已经有PD了。
大概就是这么个情况。大家觉得NSC，有戏吗？

这个确实是关键, 看过很多AAO的案例都是说media report如没有点名道姓另加大肆渲染, 就不能算是"about the petitioner".
给以下几个例子:

"The Petitioner has submitted ublished material as evidence of her acclaim. The record contains screenshots reporting on ___ as well as the creation of the medical company ___ and its  subsequent purchase by ___ However, the screenshots do not demonstrate that the Petitioner herself has garnered acclaim from this ultrasound therapy. Rather, the screenshots specifically reference another individual ____ as the principal investigator and quote him. The press coverage
of ____ does not mention the Petitioner. Although she contributed to the research and development of ____ the media reports do not single her out or acknowledge her for her findings. <--- 关键字眼

Here, the Petitioner does not establish that this media coverage is reflective of her status as an individual who has garnered "sustained national or international acclaim and whose achievements  have been recognized in the field through extensive documentation." See section 203(b)(l)(A) of the Act."

I don't think you have a shot even in TSC. 1. No 1st author paper. 2. low citation. Even you have media report, remember, you are not first author on that paper, and those reviewers have seen a lot more cases you might think. So they know what non-first author means.

还是去mitbbs 落地生根版问问吧，感觉这边eb23的比较多。

感觉NSC比较困难。。。
TSC也在边缘上的感觉。。。

你都有PD了，申请一个也无妨吧，无非是多花点钱

看你怎么想了，我是觉得多花点冲一把，好过有机会不尝试

媒体报道有没有提你名字这个很关键，是否是一作反而不是那么关键，但是bio领域100 citation在NSC可能是硬伤。不妨一试，但要做好充足的准备工作。
