Definitely Google no brainer. I think Google is right place to learn and grow, and is a much safer place if you are on visa. OCI is at downtown Seattle, big pain to commute. If your Google position is at Kirkland, it is way better than OCI in terms of commute. Plus that Google provides free food, worthing at least extra $8000 per year, you have to add this into account.
P.S. OCI there are tons of Indians, think about it.
