不知道为啥没有人来update法院的判决。

上周五判决下来了，Kelly Huang被判了37个月。

她早就认罪了，这次判决结果也只是针对她个人，意义不大。对于涉及其中的人在她认罪的是同时就已经算是有个说法了

目前好像没有确切讨论到学生要怎么被处理

7.14更新，EAD卡没有过期，人已经回国一年，不过昨天收到了学校isso通知：USCIS发了信，指出visa fraud， Revoke EAD.

F挂的opt ext，目前是给出15天可以上诉，学校建议我找移民律师。不过我都已经回国一年了，上不上诉也无济于事，赢不了的。 唯一担心的是，以后旅游入境怎么办，是不是终身禁止入境，因为是visa fraud。

学校原文如下
ISSO received a notification from USCIS of their intent to revoke your employment authorization. In the notice, USCIS indicates that you provided falsified and fraudulent information on your STEM OPT application, and thus were not eligible for employment authorization at the time of your application.
USCIS has given you 15 days from the original notice date (July 7) to submit a response to USCIS with "any evidence to overcome the issues listed...concerning the authenticity of your claimed employment with FINDREAM provided with your application and as indicated in your SEVIS record." If you decide to submit evidence to USCIS, I would encourage you to work with an immigration attorney.
If you decide not to appeal the notice of intent to revoke, your EAD will be terminated and your immigration status will be completed. You will need to depart the U.S. immediately.
I have attached a copy of the notice to revoke. If you would like the hard copy of this document, you can request to have it mailed to you by emailing me your address.
