H1B Transfer RFE 求好运

潜水好久发个贴许下愿...............

真的是完全被RFE打乱了计划

7月份被layoff 然后8月底找到新工作签了offer，无奈Grace Period要过了但Transfer还没开始

只好先回国等，本来打算用新的I797加旧Stamping回去的这下又得重新签证

报下时间线，后来我发现我老板拖沓了太久.....节前说搞好了Supporting Letter结果发现过了元旦律所才拿到

是在等的没心气儿了，回去还要Relocation什么的，烦

求速度Approval然后签证顺利吧
