Lincoln Place Apartments: 305 N Lincoln Avenue, Urbana, 离CS系步行3分钟，我组里一个师弟住这，价格相对适中。
Latitude Apartments: 608 E University Ave, Champaign, 离CS系步行5分钟，楼下餐馆老四川，高档公寓楼，价格较高。
你还可以考虑一下学校里的family house：https://housing.illinois.edu/Fam ... mily/Family-Housing
GOODWIN-GREEN 步行到CS系也是5分钟内。

看到楼主说录取邮件没有提到TA还是RA，请问楼主是这样的吗？
Specifically, in recognition of your excellent record, for the first academic year, the department is pleased to offer you 9 months of support for the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 terms in the form of a 50%  graduate assistantship, corresponding to an average 20 hours per week of committed time. In addition to the tuition and partial fee waiver, this assistantship includes a monthly stipend of $2,448. Further, for the duration of your studies beyond the five-year funding commitment, you are eligible for renewed assistantships contingent on availability of funds and the conditions listed above. There is also a possibility of seeking additional assistantship support during the summer months.

我的也是这样的。这是open offer，应该是学校出钱cover学费和stipend。

前辈好，我刚收到UIUC CS Ph.D. Offer，信里面没有写导师，请问是需要现在联系还是等去了之后rotate？

请问信里有写导师是谁吗？你拿到录取后有联系导师吗？

楼主请问收到的TA还是RA呀？我收到的offer说7月1日前要满足assistantship的英语要求，只找到了TA的英语要求，RA有要求吗？

如果你有明确的研究方向，你可以现在去找感兴趣的教授聊聊，也可以来UIUC后再找。但一般来说越早找导师越好，因为到后面，导师招满了就不招了。当然，第一年系里会给钱，有了导师之后就是导师给钱了。
