现在已经开始在国内找工作了！只能等疫情过去，办个B签再回美国找工作了

我觉得是的，但需要具体咨询律师。这里的关键点是，已经抽中h1b的在一定的时间内不需要再抽，所以不需要从4月等到10月，还要担心抽不中。有公司接受，加急两周h1b transfer，即可入职。

我是发邮件说的，原话是这样：

I'm very looking forward to my interview for the XXX position today, and I'm sincerely grateful for your giving me this opportunity; I'm writing this email to discuss with you whether it's possible to turn my in-person interview to a remote one.

As you might have noticed, the coronavirus situation in Seattle is getting worse, as six death cases had been reported until yesterday. Being an alumna of Wuhan University, I'm concerned for Seattle as I see patterns similar to how Wuhan was in December — from my lots of connections there. As a reaction to the situation, UW students have started a petition to pause school but are not responded by the official yet. However, learning from the painful lesson in Wuhan, I'm being very cautious and I'm minimizing my visits to public spaces. Therefore I sincerely hope to interview remotely today. If you do not feel comfortable doing so, it is entirely understandable.
