每道题限时2分钟，我基本都控制在1:40s左右。
可以准备稿子，我的稿子放在屏幕最上方，看的时候眼神不很明显（当然能脱稿最好）。
第一遍录完可以review, 第二遍直接上传。有vpn上传速度很快
