匹兹堡mis进度

询问了匹兹堡的目前录取情况，小蜜的回复是还在审资料，但尽量在4.12之前作出decision。
原文如下：
Thank you for your email. As you may know, our admissions committee is currently reviewing applications for our graduate programs. Given the changes that have occurred over the last few weeks, our faculty members are working diligently to communicate with one another so that they can provide applicants with a response. They hope to send you the result of their evaluation by April 13th.  Although this is not a guarantee that they will be able to send it by that specific date, they are doing all that they can to make this happen. Please feel free to respond via email if you need any further information. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

我也录取了这个项目，这个项目和USC-ee哪个更好一点呢？如果转博的话
