美国政府签证禁令来了！中国大陆本科生赴美读研要成为历史吗？

博后受影响吗？

所以应该是ban所有1）F/J签的非本科生以及 2）与MCF有关的所有人。美本想读研/PhD也会受影响啊？

我觉得他说的是对的
f/j是这个禁令的范围之一，不是最大范围，我读起来感觉是，f/j，和（其他所有签证）但是参与过mcf 的工作学习的，中国公民
