要交I-140了，公司不同意PP

你自己出钱有什么不可以的，想不清楚啊。再跟他们好好商量，对他们没有影响的

不给就没办法了

楼主不要费心了，140是肯定不能自己PP的，除非self petitioning，移民局都单独说过这事了， 你的907都没地方签字去

这个事也没什么神秘的，雇主知道你拿了140就开始180天倒计时了，想多留你一段时间。你偷着自己写907不但会被瞬间秒据，移民局还会把拒信抄送你雇主一份，让他知道你自己pp了。后果如何不难想象。
