House is 1,400 sq ft in size, has a 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Currently, two rooms are occupied, by two professionals.
We're both girls in our late 20s or early 30s.
Looking for a quiet, clean, courteous professional or student to fill the third bedroom.
Lady only (since bathroom will be shared with another lady).
No smoking or drugs.
No pet.

The bedroom is 13x10 ft in size, comes with a two-door closet.
The room is unfurnished. Can provide some furniture if needed.  
The bathroom will be shared with one tenant.
One parking space in garage included.
In-house laundry.

Spacious living and Kitchen Space will be shared.
Living area is furnished with sofa, TV, dinning table & chairs, and a coffee table.
Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, two burner cooktop, oven, rangehood, microwave and sink.
House has spacious front yard and backyard.
New interior paint.
Hardwood floors.

House is located in the quiet RollingWood area in San Bruno.
Very safe neighborhood.
2 minutes drive to highway 280.
10 minutes drive to Bart, highway 101, grocery stores, shopping malls, or Youtube campus.
20 minutes drive to SF or San Mateo.

Rent is $1,300 per month + utilities.
Utilities will be split amongst the three tenants, usually less than $100 per person per month.
Long-term (>6 month) lease preferred.
Utilities included high-speed Wi-Fi, PG&E, water, sewer, and garbage.
