DS new grad找全职求简历修改意见，谢谢！

lz目前还在暑期实习，但是不是很喜欢实习公司干的事情，最近准备修改简历开始准备秋招。但是因为背景不够丰富，希望听听论坛里大佬们的意见，希望大家狠狠提出批评hh
关于个人背景：
求职目标是科技大中厂或者偏tech的金融公司的ds，analytical或者偏eng都可以，leetcode目前不到200道(比不过各位cs major)，目前个人觉得weakness在于实习的公司是偏传统的金融大厂，不是科技厂(科技厂offer因为疫情revoke了，叹气)。金融用的tech stack没有科技厂那么成熟，实习做的东西写的代码肯定不如科技大厂那么systematic。现在主要担心因为实习是金融方向所以过科技厂的全职简历有难度。

总体还行。几点建议(i'll be frank)

1. 1st entry on work experience, your internship - can be enhanced by listing more "evidence" of the "value" that has been created by the algo / system changes you made. i only saw "evidence" for the 2nd line item (91% compared to vanilla).
2. 现在的简历看起来有点listing buzz words的意思，你把比较流行的ML models (xgboost, deep learning, LSTM)都列了，却没有publication或是kaggle competion shortlisted winners这种比较objective的东西的话，明眼人很容易看出实际。
3. similar rule applies to projects. 如果有github link with concrete project code会好些。 even better, if you have code samples for work outside of typical project and / or internship work, that'd be a real bonus point. examples include your side project, or open source contributions.
