准备正式拒绝415接受的phd offer了，祝朋友们一切都好

满打满算准备了一年半，一年半前怎么也没想到有今天。这都想不到的话，未来几年的情况更难以预料了。
缘，妙不可言。

Dear Prof.,

Thank you very much for offering me the delayed admission which will help me keep the fellowship, and I really appreciate your every favor.  

In the last few months I have been paying close attention to the control of COVID-19 in the United States, and apparently it turns out unpleasant. Plus, China-U.S. relations is becoming increasingly unsteady and full of uncertainty. After careful consideration and thorough discussion with my family, I feel so sorry to tell you that I now decide to decline the offer. It is extremely hard for me to give it up, but current situation is literally inproper for studying aborad.

I do appreciate all the courtesy and hospitality extended to me, and I believe you are attractive enough to recruit other students more suitable for the position. It's been a pleasure getting to know you, also xx and xx are also very helpful.

I'm sorry that it didn't work out but I believe that we still will cross paths in the future. Thank you again for everything.
