之前也在地里发过内推贴，本帖之前收到的简历已全部处理，没有收到后续进展的同学请关注之后合适的机会。Tencent Games北美招Data Scientist/Data Engineer/Data Analyst/Machine Learning Engineer：1. 要求有一定工作经验，至少1年（DS/DE/MLE 要求2+经验，DA要求1+经验）

Data Scientist
Tencent Games has multiple openings for full time Data Scientists of senior and above levels for following areas:
1. Experimentation (A/B testing); 2. User Acquisition, Marketing; 3. Product analytics; 4. Algorithms.

Minimal Requirements:
·    2+ years experience as a Data Scientist in a Cross Functional Team
·    Advanced degree preferred, Master and above or equivalent proven experiences
·    Hands-on experience with SQL/Python/R

Data Engineer
Tencent Games is looking for Data Engineer (DE) with 2+ years experience:

Requirements:
2+ years of Python development experience.
. ----2+ years of SQL experience.
2+ years of experience with workflow management engines (i.e. Airflow, Luigi, Prefect, Dagster, digdag.io, Google Cloud Composer, AWS Step Functions, Azure Data Factory, UC4, Control-M).
2+ years experience in custom ETL design, implementation and maintenance.
Experience querying massive datasets using Spark, Hadoop, Presto, Hive, Impala, etc.


Data Analyst
Requirements
1+ years work experience doing quantitative analysis.
Expert in data analysis, visualization, and communication.
Expert experience pulling large and complex data using SQL (2+ years work experience), and comfort with Python
Experience with statistical and programming tools such as Python and R
Experience with a data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
Advanced degree in Math, Economics, Statistics or other quantitative fields
Must possess a high standard of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information



Machine Learning Engineer (MLE)
Requirements
Have 3+ years of industry experience using machine learning to solve real-world problems with large datasets.
Have a Master and above degree in artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer science or equivalent self study and experience.
Have strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, or other equivalents and fluency in data manipulation (SQL, Spark and others) and machine learning (scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras/Tensorflow) tools.
Have a strong basis on data structure, programming efficiency to optimize the algorithms and knowing the underlying math.
Have experience in Docker, K8s related Devops framework.
Have experience leading multiple projects of varying scope and complexity in more than one problem space.
Are a technical leader who is comfortable handling projects of significant complexity and ambiguity.
Are a strong communicator who can collaborate with diverse stakeholders across all levels.

1. 工作经验是最低要求，同一职位有不同level，会针对技术评级定职级。
2. 公司有多个DS在招聘，如果已在官网投递过请附上jd链接。
3. new grad同学如果有proven practical experience背景对口也会考虑。

补充内容 (2020-9-30 02:41):
收到DA的投递很多，DS、MLE、DE较少。目前开放的岗位DA的hc最少，投递的人多自然竞争更大了对经验的要求更高。开放的岗位中比较缺DS、MLE，希望大家把握机会。
