硕士可以在非summer时期实习吗？

如题，有听说过PHD在fall 或者spring 这种非summer时期去公司实习的，但是不知道master可不可以，如果只注册个O学分又可以保证身份的课程的话。

Yeah, you can do intern during non-Summer semester.

Some universities will have Internship Course. For example, our CS Department will have CSE Internship, which is a 3-credit-hour course. For the course, you will have to submit a bunch of documents, including the copy of your intern offer, weekly reports, midterm and final summary report, and supervisor evaluation form. It is kind of you pay the university for the course, and you get paid by the company you work for.

If you decide to go this route, you will use F1 CPT to work. F1 CPT only allows you to work at most 20 hours per week for regular non-Summer semesters. However, if the current semester is your graduation semester, you can do 40 hours if you only have one other course left.

不知道注册0学分的课(比如master thesis课)可不可以呢？
