原来下offer之前就可以要disclosure啊
我以为都是offer以后才可以要

一般disclosure和inspection report都是在seller准备的packet里，可以让代理去要

You already bought a house so you don't have to worry about whether your house is better than the other. You have to compare to your OWN house with your previous rented house and then enjoy :)
