DMV地区收入多少能生活的比较惬意

最近刚刚入职，搬到DMV地区的Rockville，前几个月有了我们的第一个宝宝，一家三口在这边目前租房，想以后在这边能买个house，想问下大家在这边生活收入多少就过得比较舒服？

200k起吧

要想买个看得过去的，学区还不错的房子的话，估计确实得200k以上才行

Again, it really depends on what kind of quality you are looking for. MD is not like San Jose. The house price is much more friendly.
