周巴士今天给我来了一封律师函，我英文不太好，谁帮忙看看这是什么意思，有什么后果吗？

律师函如下:
Unauthorized Disclosure of Chowbus Trade Secrets and Intellectual Property
To Whom it May Concern:
We are intellectual property counsel to Chowbus, Inc. (hereinafter “Chowbus”), a leading food
delivery and logistics platform, as can be found on its website located at 对不起您没有权限发表url链接 Chowbus is
the owner of all right, title and interest in and to the contents of the files which have been uploaded to and
are currently present on, your site. These files and their content are valuable intellectual property and trade
secrets of Chowbus. The files have been placed on your website by a party other than Chowbus, and
accordingly their presence on your website is illegal.
Chowbus hereby demands that you immediately cease and desist from the further use, publication
and dissemination of their intellectual property and trade secrets, and immediately remove the files from
your website, social media accounts, and all other media to which such files may be deployed. Your actions
violate the federal Defend Trade Secrets Act, the Illinois Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act (815 ILCS
510/1 et seq.) and the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (815 ILCS 505/1 et seq.),
among other state and federal laws, including federal criminal law. The presence of these files on your
website entitles Chowbus to injunctive relief and monetary awards of damages, including punitive damages,
profits, and attorneys’ fees resulting from the misappropriations of Chowbus’ trade secrets.
We also demand that you agree to not take any other action likely to confuse, mislead or deceive
others into believing that the presence of the files on your website is at the behest of Chowbus or are
connected with, sponsored by, or approved by Chowbus, or take any other action that infringes, violates, or
misappropriates any of Chowbus’ intellectual property or other rights or assists any other party in doing so.
This letter is written without prejudice to any claim for damages or other relief that Chowbus may have in
the event litigation against you might prove necessary. Chowbus reserves all legal and equitable rights and
remedies. In the event you fail or refuse to comply, we will be forced to file suit to enjoin your use of
Chowbus’ intellectual property and trade secrets and for damages, including attorneys’ fees and punitive
damages, based on your willful violation.
We appreciate your immediate attention to this important matter and request a response by no later
than October 12, 2020. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Please feel free to contact me at the
telephone number or email address listed below if you have any questions or wish to further discuss.

1. 我开玩笑的，看得懂英文，发出来是让大家看看有多可笑。
2. 用户的隐私数据，成了他家的“Trade Secrets ”和“Intellectual Property”了。
3. 刚才好像down了一阵，现在好了。不知道是不是被攻击了？我一会看看log。

由于你收到律师函，建议你找个律师咨询一下。

目前建议你先撤掉网站吧，毕竟胳膊拧不过大腿。虽然好像没说目前有什么后果，但是千万别回复你认识到错误之类的话。以免以后被追责。
