急问！有人了解在国内签租房Lease公证的情况么？

房东发来空白合同要求我们签字并且公证，邮件里是：  

Because you are not signing the lease in our office the lease does have to be notarized.

You can get the lease notarized at the bank.

之后又补充说：

Unfortunately we do need the notarized lease before your arrival.

We have received many leases notarized from other countries.  If you go to your bank they would be able to help you with having it notarized.

有没有童鞋了解这种租房的合同是怎么公证？我已经问过银行，得到的答复是没有公证业务。。家长曾电话问过公证处的人但是他们对于合同公证似乎需要双方都到场。
