H1B transfer Fragomen 卡在一步

关注一下！我也是昨天刚收到的fragomon那个portal的邮件 公司也给我指派了一个case worker 然后让我填两个问卷 我马上填完submit了 现在也是Awaiting All Info/Docs的状态 但是我看to do list没有我要做的了 我猜现在就是在等他们review我们的信息把 我们应该暂时没有其他事情了 楼主可以加个微信交流一下吗 感觉我们timeline差不多

谢谢分享！看来这一步需要一周的时间。。。

就是如果律师管你要材料，你就自己快速准备下。如果管公司要材料，那个系统网站上也会写。我26号交的LCA，4号LCA approved，5号公司签字，6号要了我新的paystub和没有拿过社会福利的questionaire。说下周会帮我file。

谢谢！所以那个‘awaiting doc/info’是指律所在问公司要材料对吧？

另外交LCA是指？我自己只写过问卷，LCA是不是公司和律所之间的？

...LCA 应该是叫劳工证吧。。你可以自行Google科普下。

想问下LZ公司是如何帮助你解决最近H1B 新政策的影响呢？或者说工资过线了不用担心
