DOC的邮件是嘛意思？

前几天给support@ustraveldocs.com发邮件，回复的标题是：“Your Case Have Been Closed”. 然后邮件第一句话是：“Your case has been updated, please log back into your account to view the details.”
但是下附一个表格有个case reason上面却写道：“Thank you for your e-mail. Your application is under administrative processing according to US laws and regulations. On average six weeks are necessary after all your documents have been submitted. Unfortunately we cannot give you an exact date or speed up the process, so please keep this in mind when booking your flights.”然后上网查状态还是AP，不懂，求有经验的同学解释。

官方模板回复

就是你发邮件询问人家给你建了个询问的case, 人家回了你个模板，然后把case close了。。

我的回复模板是这样的：
Dear Applicant,

Thank you for writing to the U.S. Visa Service Desk.

Your visa status is __Administrative Processing (When additional administrative processing is required, the length of processing time will vary based on the circumstances of each case.)
You will receive an email, if your passport status change to ready for pick up. Then you can go to CITIC bank to pick up your passport.

Please check passport status in time.

. From 1point 3acres bbsSome visa applications require further administrative processing, which takes additional time after the visa applicant’s interview by a Consular Officer. Applicants are advised of this requirement when they apply.

We don't have exact time frame as to when will be the visa issued by the Consulate General. Once the visa is ready for pick up you will receive a notification through email.

Please note that CITIC will hold your passport for only 15 days, after which it will be returned to the Embassy/Consulate. You must collect your passport within 15 days.
