圣何塞州立大学应该可以，其他的都emmmmmm

刚看了一下你另一个帖子，CWRU首先划去。全校只有course focused engineering masters才能toefl 80，其余都是托福90分为底线。

同超低GPA路过，本科成绩烂透了

你的gpa是学校转换的吗？你可以用主流的或者wes重新算一遍 看能不能到3以上

OSU的CS是80。

这个选校做好去全聚德吃一顿的打算吧

Autumn semester is our primary semester for graduate admissions; international applicants will be considered only for Autumn admission. In addition to a strong computer science background, a student will be considered for admission with:
GPA minimum 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale)
TOEFL (when required) 79 Internet, IELTS = 7.0 (INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ONLY) TOFEL can be waived if you have a US degree or degree from English speaking college or university, but Evaluation is done by OSU Graduate and Professional Admissions to make that determination.
GRE Quantitative minimum 161, Analytical minimum 3 REQUIRED ALL STUDENTS
Due to covid19 we will waive the GRE requirement. We will reevaluate this for 2022 season.
