纽约市将在今晚全面恢复户外就餐

近日，一场自2016年以来最大的暴风雪（Winter Storm Gail）降临纽约市，路边餐饮在本周三下午2点停止运营。

纽约将在本周四，也就是从今天下午6点开始，路边餐饮就全面恢复营业。市长Mayor de Blasio表示，会在今天晚些时候决定外围区是否也开放。

根据 "冬季行动警告"条例：当预测的积雪不到一英寸时，餐馆可以继续营业，但必须实施恶劣天气预防措施，如清除人行道上的积雪和冰块，并保持消防栓的可用性。

Roadside dining was nixed Wednesday starting at 2 p.m. as the biggest storm since 2016 bore down on New York City.

Roadway dining can get underway beginning at 6 p.m., officials said Thursday afternoon. Mayor de Blasio said it would start up again in Manhattan, with a decision on the outer boroughs later in the day.

Under the less severe “winter operations advisory,” issued when less than an inch of snow is forecasted, restaurants can remain open but will have to take bad weather-related precautions, like clearing sidewalks of snow and ice and keeping fire hydrants accessible.  source
