CMU春季入学出租【350刀,house独立房间】

我是CMU 第二年master学生，12月份毕业，但是房子签了一年， 已和房东协商好，可以在12月中旬或者1月份把房子转租出去， 到时候你可以和房东直接续签合同，任何转租的法律问题你都不用担心。[Any document is available upon request]

房子的具体情况是3个人share一个house, one kitchen, one bathroom, one dining room, one living room, one backyard, one basement. 传统美国家庭house。房间家具齐全且非常干净，你不用添加任何家具，如果有额外需要可以去地下室拿。同时地下室有免费洗衣机和烘干机方便任何时候使用。有backyard可以看书休息，如果你有车的话可以parking在路边。

交通也很好，到giant eagle走路5分钟. 有61C， 61D 直接到CMU。   

两个室友都很友好，一个是匹大的学生，美国人。 一个是CMU的本科生，亚裔，人很nice。室友都是比较传统的美国人，非常爱干净，大家都很爱护房子，非常尊重独立空间，你可以在房间学习也可以在餐厅学习。

我一般不超过两点回家，所以可以坐bus. 当然没有escort是个缺陷，但是哪里有十全十美的，我租的时候也是考察过的，性价比比我去年700块一个月划算的不是一点点。
