GRE送分网站有问题了？

早上送分，进mygre之后，发现点完order additional score reports之后网页显示
Your request could not be processed.
Please make sure all information is correct and try again, or contact GRE Services for assistance.

If you encounter the error again, please call 1-609-771-7670 or 1-866-473-4373 (toll free for test takers in the United States, U.S. Territories and Canada) for assistance. You may also request additional score reports by phone.

不知道各位大大遇到过这个情况没有~~这是怎么回事呢~~
