GRE送分网站有问题了？

早上送分，进mygre之后，发现点完order additional score reports之后网页显示
Your request could not be processed.
Please make sure all information is correct and try again, or contact GRE Services for assistance.

不知道各位大大遇到过这个情况没有~~这是怎么回事呢~~
