没说清楚哈，先要想清楚自己这辈子到底要做什么，大方向不能错，（另一个大家讨论梦想的帖子就很好啊），然后朝向这个梦想，每一个阶段要做什么，才能实现最终的梦想。

我再次痛恨自己没有写程序的能力！
就象李笑来说的盲打一样，如果有这样一项crucial skill，这么多年能做多少事情啊！
怎么就一直没学呢！！一直想如果有办法把life goals map成5-yr plan -> yearly plan -> monthly plan -> weekly task -> daily to do list，该多好，每次点开就看见最重要的事情，也能有效防止拖延吧。

另外关于计划和变化：Randy pausch 的时间管理讲座里面也讲过，不是说因为世界是变化的所以我们就不需要做计划。Instead，我们需要做灵活的计划。不要具体规定，今晚跟gf 电话２０分钟后就去写paper 120分钟，然后去gym 6 miles。结果gf 情绪波动２０分钟的电话变１８０分钟，下面的计划就全完了。
比如，可能gf's priority 比paper要低，但是比gym高，也许就可以先做完１２０分钟paper再电话。电话的时候虽然可能不方便快跑，至少可以快走？或者在楼里爬楼梯，或者在家里做俯卧撑。

关于编程这个, 你已经会R这种语言了, 虽然说跟其他的不太一样, 但是也算是有基础了, 在学其他的就容易多了, 不难的, 你可以试试objective C~ 虽然我没学过, 但是貌似Jawley很快就上手能做东西了, 应该不难的, 主要就是要知道怎么找库.

另外Randy Pausch 说的，再忙也别忘记谢谢别人，提到hand written thank you note，决心adopt 这个习惯

I cannot stress enough the importance of personalizing thank you notes. I have attended large children's parties where parents hand out pre-written thank you's as guests leave the party, even though gifts haven't even been opened. In my opinion, there's no point in even giving a thank you in this case.

人家要看personal appreciation，文化小差异，也看什么场合吧，wedding这种一定要分门别类了。老外不论平时和正式，不分人都这样？

小k JJ找的pad这种一般都不在网上买……淘宝上好像文具店里有，不知那边买起来是不是不方便。

Nothing fancy...just some basic, specific functions.

no you can't... well maybe you can, but i don't know how...
usually a mac + xcode + objective c + cocoa/cocoa touch framework is required

for the second question
you can use cgi with any language you like (say c/c++, perl, python, etc)
the only thing you need to do is printing html code to standard output
