uiuc是否免除语言成绩呢

今天刚刚被uiuc ece meng录取，我是在美国交换两年半，有美本degree，不知道能wave语言成绩吗，还是需要去那参加语言(EPT)考试?

All applicants whose native language is not English must submit a minimum TOEFL score of 96 (iBT), 243 (CBT), or 590 (PBT); or minimum International English Language Testing System (IELTS) academic exam scores of 6.5 overall and 6.0 in all subsections. Applicants who have attended a university in an English speaking country for at least two years may check to see if they are exempt from this requirement based on their country of citizenship. For those taking the TOEFL or IELTS, full admission status is granted for scores greater than 102 (TOEFL iBT), 253 (TOEFL CBT), 610 (TOEFL PBT), or 7.0 (IELTS). Limited status is granted for lesser scores and requires enrollment in English as a Second Language (ESL) courses based on an ESL Placement Test (EPT) taken upon arrival to campus.

这是它的说明，但是“their country of citizenship”链接坏了，无法查看具体信息，请问有同学了解这个情况吗，蟹蟹啦！

correction：waive, not wave

UIUC 2年就waive的吧

玉米地录取可以waive语言，但是ta/ra会另外要求提供语言成绩，至少传媒系是这样的。
