发了一封邮件催了一下，和我说去年defer 太多今年没有位置了，问我22Spring或者22Fall考不考虑

原话是：
Thanks for applying to a Masters Program in Electrical and Computer Engineering at NC State University.  With the large number of deferred students this year, we accepted a lower number of new Fall 2021 applicants than normal.  This meant that a large number of high quality students, who would normally have been accepted, were not.  For this reason we are offering you the chance to have your application be left open and reconsidered for Spring 2022 or Fall 2022.

Please let us know if you wish to be considered for such.  Both admission cycles are expected to return to normal levels.
