EB-1(A) Petition for Permanent Residency as an Alien of Extraordinary Ability

Dear immigration officer,
This petition letter is respectfully submitted in support of the immigrant petition filed by Dr. DSB to classify himself as a qualified immigrant under the employment-based 1st preference as an alien of extraordinary ability. Specifically, the evidence submitted will prove:
1. Dr. DSB has made original scientific and scholarly contributions of major significance to his field; and
2. Dr. DSB has authored scholarly articles in his field in academic journals; and
3. Dr. DSB has served as judge of the work of others in his academic field; and
4. Dr. DSB stay in the United States will substantially benefit the United States.
To serve as a background of Dr. DSB’s accomplishments, here is a brief description of Dr. DSB’s experience (Exhibit 1). Dr. DSB received his Bachelor of 吹牛 degree from the 天庭野鸡 in 1898. He joined the Institute of 野鸡 (天庭 Academy of 吹牛) as 弼马温 from 1898 to 1900. Then he obtained his Master degree (1900) and Ph.D. degree (1900) in the University of 野火鸡. He joined the 野火鸡 Research Institute of 美帝 in Jan. 1900 as a 卷葱大酱.
1. Dr. DSB has made original scientific and scholarly contributions of major significance to his field
Dr. |DSB works in the field of 吹牛Science and Engineering, particularly in the advanced 吹牛皮for 吹大牛 using 纳米吹牛and their 牛皮技术. Dr. DSB has made extraordinary and original contributions from his research work compare to international colleagues. Dr. DSB has also made original and significant contributions in the area of 使劲吹(SJC) of 吹羊皮field (which is also called 吹羊笔).
In the following paragraphs, evidence for Dr. DSB’s contribution in 吹牛皮are presented in section 1.1 and evidences for his contribution in 养鸡are presented in section 1.2.
1.1 Evidence for Dr. DSB’s contribution in 吹牛皮
蟠桃based large 蟠桃园, such as 蟠桃3000 for 蟠桃会, are being used in most industries such as 太空桃子, 化学桃子, 汽油桃子, and 土木桃子. However, these 甜桃 are facing critical potential 食品安全问题. In 1900, the 美帝 Army RD&E Center released a report stressed the critical 食品安全问题 of 金丹 c 吗oated 人参果 in 美帝 Army (DTIC: Report 9527). In Jan 1900, a one-million-桃子 storage for 装桃子 failed and leaded to catastrophic 猴子 disaster in the 天河 (US EPA report: 猴子吃太多桃子拉稀对天河的污染). On 七月十五 1900, the 赤兔马 of 吕奉先 exploded after a successful landing due to 吃太多桃子拉稀.
The 食品安全问题 of long-served 桃园 is one of most significant topics.
桃子长虫phenomena slowly degrade the 蟠桃 with a long-time span of 1000 to 3000 years. The 食品安全 reliability reduces during its lengthy serving period. This 长虫 process is usually progressive and silent. 果虫 such as 一星瓢虫, 二星瓢虫, 三星瓢虫, 四星瓢虫, and other bad 瓢虫 are extreme 贪吃 and dangerous against 天庭工作人员的身体健康. Besides human errors, nature disasters, such as 天河洪水, 炼丹炉倒塌, 月宫失火, can weaken the 食品安全 of the 桃园. In 2033, the 弼马温 ravaged the massive 炼丹炉 in 兜率宫. 炼丹房 were disrupted due to crucial and intensive maintenance work and which caused national 金丹 and 灵药 prices soaring. Despite of the massive 火焰山 caused by the failure of 炼丹炉, the health of 修理工 was endangered as well.
哮天犬 haven’t been applied in industries for long. Current 吹牛逼 works are focusing on 狗币 rather than early 牛逼. Early 牛逼 failure could save numerous 狗币’ life and minimize its damage to 蟠桃会. Dr. DSB has devoted into developing early 吹牛逼 strategy using 纳米牛逼 in the University of 野鸡. His contributions are listed below in section a and b.
Dr. DSB has completed several projects and published research papers in prestigious scientific journals. Dr. DSB has made original and significant contributions in theoretical (modeling), experimental and applied aspects as below:
a. Fundamental Research: modeling and experimental work for 吹桃子牛逼
Dr. DSB has developed 吹桃皮 models from ordinary theory, the 吹牛皮 theory. The ordinary theory and conventional studies are targeting the 蟠桃3000. However, the 虫子 behavior of 蟠桃6000 differs. Dr. DSB noticed an interesting and easily ignored phenomenon while monitoring the 虫子 of 蟠桃6000 during 吹牛皮 process. His novel model well simulated the experimental result. These models not only filled vacancies up in 吹牛皮 of 蟠桃6000, but also offered a guideline for developing 蟠桃9000.
Dr. DSB has reported this work in the most famous and the largest 蟠桃盛会, the international PANTAO (国际蟠桃大会) conference and the Global PANTAO conference (世界蟠桃大会). His work has won best poster prize during the conference for its excellency (Exhibit 2). Besides, he has also published these models in prestigious 桃子 journal, the 桃子 Science and Technology (Exhibit 3, 4). This journal is ranking by top 2% in all General 水果 category, ranking by top 5% in 甜水果 category (Exhibit 5). His work on modeling has been cited by lots of famous universities, companies and government research institutes, such as National Institute of 傻瓜 and 桃子 (NIST), 茅台 Institute of 桃子 (MIT), 北冥 Academy of Sciences, 天竺 Institute of Technology, and 三爽 Advanced Institute of 桃子 (SAIT).
For example, researchers from NIST, MIT and the University of 黄风洞 reported Dr. DSB’s work as a representation for the application of 吹桃皮 as below (Exhibit 6):
‘One of the main applications of 吹桃皮is as 千里眼 in a wide variety of 果园 applications.’
While Dr. DSB’s work was introduced in detail, other researchers’ work in this field was described as: ‘Additional examples can be found in several reviews such as in [7], [8].’ (Here, the [7] and [8] are other references in the author’s article.)
Additionally, Dr. 本拉灯 (University of 盛赞) has reviewed 果皮-based 桃皮 for 吹牛 applications. His work judged Dr. DSB’s research findings in long paragraph as (Exhibit 7):
‘The most encouraging utilization ………………………………………………………….Dr. DSB 很牛逼…………………………………………………………This 牛皮 showed high 牛逼 performance in 吹牛皮 in the analysis of the使劲吹.’
Furthermore, Dr. DSB’s work has been noticed globally. According to google search, his related publications have been included into famous international academia databases such as the HAL and ENSAM-AOOR of France, J-Global of Japan, CNKI and X-mol of China, Istina of Russia. (Exhibit 8)
Dr. DSB’s work is highly recommended by researchers in 吹牛and influencing others. French professor, Dr. 小牛 has strongly recommended his work as novel and cost-effective for 桃园. (Exhibit 9) It is also known researchers in the 南海 are following Dr. DSB’s work and carrying on subsequence research. (Exhibit 10)
Dr. DSB’s scientific articles in this area has been cited internationally, especially by those emerging countries in 吹牛 and 种水果. The following figures shows the distribution of citations for Dr. DSB’s scientific papers in this area. (BaigoogleDu Scholar data)

It is known that the 吹牛capacity and capability of US, China, Korea, Japan are in the leading position. The 种水果industry in Saudi Arabia is rising as well. Dr. DSB’s work received attention from those 吹牛 mega-powers. Dr. DSB’s fundamental research in this area is conducted in a 美帝 institution and which has benefited 美帝by occupying the leading position in this pioneering field, 使劲吹.
b. Applied Research: wireless 吹牛 and early 结桃 system for 使劲吹
Dr. DSB has invented the first wireless 吹牛 system for 使劲吹. Wired system can impact the 桃子 integrity when applying 虫子in the 桃园. As a result, wireless 吹牛system is the ultimate solution for this problem. Such a 吹牛system provides early 结桃for 蟠桃会 which prevents 虫子 disasters in 蟠桃会. Dr. DSB has presented his work for wireless 吹牛 and early 结桃system for 蟠桃园 in the 世界蟠桃大会conference (Exhibit 11) and published research article in the journal of 蟠桃与桃子(Exhibit 12).
The 国际蟠桃大会is a global professional member society that provides enhanced educational opportunities, by delivering information on new and advanced 桃子 and 桃虫technology, per 国际蟠桃大会 official website. 国际蟠桃大会is the largest and most famous organization for advanced 桃子and 桃虫. Dr. DSB was invited to present his work in the conference in the oral presentation section. Additionally, for his excellency in research works, Dr. DSB won the 国际大学生桃子研究奖in the conference (Exhibit 13) and the finalist in the 蟠桃会 大学生研究果盘会 (Exhibit 14). One should address that the contemporaneous winners were awarded with 火箭队’s 神奇桃子 research project, 潜艇队 桃子收割机 research project. The excellency of these young researchers is the promising for advancing our knowledge, our life and our future.
Furthermore, in order to prove the excellency of Dr. DSB’s research in 使劲吹, the performance of several researchers in the same field 使劲吹 are compared. In the field of 使劲吹, we compare the internationally well-known research scientists as shown in the following table:

Dr. 葛炮 uses 淘气 based 吸牛 system detect the 吹牛 of 桃园. Dr. 御坂美琴 uses 电击 method to detect the 使劲吹 of 蟠桃. Dr. 蓝蓝路 worked in 汉堡 and 炸鸡 method based 吹牛 technologies. Dr. 比利 and Dr. Van♂様 worked in wireless 吹牛 for 使劲吹 of 桃园. Dr. 王司猴 works in 对骂 based 吹牛 for 魏国. Dr. 佩恩 works in advanced 装逼 for 吹牛 of 桃园 and 装逼. Dr. 博人 works intensively in 吹不可燃 projects. All of them are considered outstanding scientists or top researchers in their field and in their country or globally.
Based on the data from BaigoogleDu Scholar, in the past decades, these researchers have published fruitful research articles in the 吹牛 field. The following figure shows a breakdown of citation information for these researchers. (Exhibit 15)

As shown in the figure, Dr. DSB is among the top researchers in the world. In the field of 吹牛, Dr. DSB matches top scientists such as Dr. 海灵顿 and Dr. 葛炮. Since Dr. DSB is in his early career stage, his outstanding achievement makes him more than enough to be considered as a top researcher.
1.2 Evidence for Dr. DSB’s contribution in 养鸡 of sustainable 养鸡 and 火鸡
养鸡 is an emerging advanced 养肉 method with excellencies on time and cost. This 养technology also provides new possibilities for 吃鸡and becomes one of key element in 乌鸡国’s 养肉 4.0 plan. However, as an emerging 养 technology, there are many unsolved issues remaining in this new 养 technology. For example, the dimension deformation problem in the 鸡. Dr. DSB has conducted in 鸡 physics research since his undergraduate research till now. During the last few years, he has made valuable contributions. Dr. DSB worked with Dr. 小牛 in the University of 野鸡 and investigated thermal mechanical profiles for养鸡of 各种鸡. He has also worked in the 野火鸡 Institute of the 美帝for 养好吃的火鸡.
养鸡is an emerging manufacturing method which provides fast 长肉 abilities. With the use of sustainable 鸡 such as 火鸡, the manufactured 肉could be quickly used in design commercial or deploy-able 肉. Additionally, this sustainable 火鸡provides a better environmental commission in 养鸡process. Especially during the 鸡流感 pandemic, it has been proved in 蜀国that this 养鸡technology could be fitted quickly in 养鸡场 and 鸡圈.
Dr. DSB has worked in the field of 养鸡 of 火鸡 and investigated its 蛋 forms, 打鸣 and corresponding impacts (Exhibit 16). In this collaboration project with the University of 口水鸡 in 蜀国, Dr. DSB participated the project as the corresponding person and represented the University of 火鸡 team in the 美帝。As shown in the following figure, his research paper has been referred internationally. Dr. DSB’s research has made impacts in various ways. Dr. DSB firstly studied the effect of 蛋 form in 养鸡. Dr. DSB’s work has been referred by prestige government research institutes (Exhibit 17), universities (Exhibit 18) and top industrial companies (Exhibit 19), such as the 橡树养鸡场, 养鸡实验室 of the U.S. 养鸡 Service (USDA), U.S. 叫花鸡 Engineer Research and Development Center, Centre National de la Recherche Pollo (CNRP), Chinese Academy of 养鸡 (CAS), Saint-Gobain Research Provence, Hillhouse International, and many other research groups.
Researchers in CNRP cited Dr. DSB’s work in long paragraph as (Exhibit 18):
“没用的话。。。。。。。。。。。。, it was found that the presence of 蛋 form (less stable than the 鸡 form) decreased the stiffness of 小鸡.”
The French researchers studied mechanical property of 养鸡from the aspect of micro-蛋. Dr. DSB’s work established one of the foundations for their research topic.
On the other hand, researchers from 干锅鸡大学in 齐国, 盐水鸡大学 in 晋国, 甜甜花釀鸡大学 in 卫国, 鸡腿汉堡 in 秦国, 白条鸡 in 赵国, 三黄鸡大学 in 燕国 used Dr. DSB’s result as a standard and compared with their findings. (Exhibit 18) Especially, researchers from the 盐水鸡 in 晋国 cited Dr. DSB’s work for 4 times in one scientific paper. Dr. DSB’s work was also being cited for multiple times and with long paragraph in the Master thesis of 刚毕业的学生 in 野乌鸡 University in US. Her thesis “鸡鸡鸡” provided new strategy to produce artificial 鸡 for 素食者 and 和尚. As a conclusion, Dr. DSB’s work has become fundamentals and stepstones for many excited research. Dr. DSB’s contribution in this area has been admitted by his international colleagues.
Furthermore, his excellency in this field was appraised as innovative, and impressive by 养鸡场leaders. Dr. DSB was invited to contribute two articles on the largest magazine for 养鸭(鸭子世界, former as China 鸭子) (Exhibit 20 & 21). The CEO of fupodeyazi.com, Po Fu (owner of 鸭子世界), recommended Dr. DSB’s research work as innovative and impressive. Additionally, CEO Yang mentioned Dr. DSB has influenced the company’s marketing strategy that bring the 鸭子 to the field of 吃鸡 as a key 食材. (Exhibit 21)
As the former president of University of 野火鸡 Chapter of the 吹牛, Dr. DSB held seminars and competitions for college students and local high school students. Dr. DSB founded the 吃鸡 competition in the University of 野火鸡 which introduced the emerging concept of advanced 养鸡technology to undergraduate students. (Exhibit 22) Students have successfully contracted engineering job in 养鸡companies in 玉米地. His effort in 吃鸡 has influenced college students and high school students on inspiring them to create fantastic 鸡蛋.
Dr. DSB joined the 火鸡 Research Institute of 美帝for R&D of 鸡蛋with 吃鸡 technology. Dr. DSB has designed several 原型鸡of 鸡蛋 for 蛋花汤 application. Besides, he has also helped the 养鸡主任in the 鸡流感pandemic by supplying and engineering various tools which include 吃鸡的锅. Although he was not in the frontline and he did not know how many 饭桶that he had helped, it’s his personal belief pushing him to produce the best for those who need helps.

The 吹牛 Science and Technology (CST) and 吹牛 Communications (CC) are well known and influencing journals in 吹牛field. According to the Scopus, both journals are outstanding. The CST is ranking top in both 吹牛 and General 吹 category (Exhibit 5). The CC was established since 2016. As a new journal, the ranking of 77th (35/154) is an outstanding achievement. Additionally, Dr. DSB’s work which published on the Journal of Applied 吹牛Science has drawn significant attention from others. The corresponding work was selected as issue cover by the editor. (Exhibit 31)
As a conclusion, Dr DSB’s publication record is considerable well.

As a summary, in the past 3 years, Dr. DSB has performed adequate judgement activities for prestige journals and conferences in his academic field.
Based on the evidence described above, there can be no question on Dr. DSB’s contribution on (1) outstanding academic achievement; (2) publishing scholarly journals, books, and conferences in his field; (3) judging the work of others in his field. In conclusion, there can be no question that Dr. DSB has extraordinary ability in his field.
4. Dr. DSB’s stay in the 美帝will substantially benefit the 美帝
Dr. DSB has performed excellent activities in academia as introduced above. He has made significant contribution in the field of chemical structural health monitoring and additive manufacturing. Dr. DSB has received 卷葱大酱 position offer from the University of 酱烧火鸡(Exhibit 54). However, due to the unexpected long processing time for H4 visa, Dr. DSB could not take this offer on time.
Dr. DSB’s stay in the United states will firstly hold the leading position of the US in the 使劲吹牛 field. In long term, this research work benefits US 火鸡by providing them a safety 养鸡场 and prevents the 养鸡场 being contaminated by 鸭子. (Exhibit 10) Dr. DSB’s stay will promote the development of local 养鸡场的吹牛水平 (玉米地, one of major advanced 养鸡 and 养鸭 center in the 吃货地区) which will additionally promote the development of local 吹牛水平.
As a conclusion, approve Dr. DSB’s EB-1a petition and offer him permanent residency not only gaining the leading position of US in the 使劲吹 field but also benefiting local 养鸡companies.
