得到的统一口径就是:

"Copied and pasted below is the response I received to my inquiry into your issue.  Unfortunately, this is the same response as they sent last month.  Regarding ASC/biometrics appointments, when I inquired, I was informed that there is a delay due to COVID-19 and operations are significantly limited for the foreseeable future.  Unfortunately they are not taking any expedite requests at this time either.  If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation in this matter.

说几个点：
1. online status是不会显示安排指纹的。
2. emma是临时工，有时候查也不查就瞎说。很少能告诉你“安没安排指纹”。

我是20年10月底交的485，2021年一月收到485的receipt notice。现在还在苦等指纹信。。

tool这个就我所知不显示安排指纹（至少我的没有显示）。我不知道是不是另一个tool。

“问emma”这个说法令人费解，emma不是uscis网站主页上跳出来的人工智能机器人客服吗？怎么楼主写得跟人似的？有谁能解释一下到底众多帖子里的“问emma”究竟是什么意思？具体又怎么操作？难道这些帖子是惜字如金的机器人发的？
