MSU CDGDC 认证什么情况

ECE Admission上说中国学生必须要CDGDC的认证报告直接寄过去，于是和小米发邮件，得到这样的答复：

小米回复：
Due to the new rules handed down through the university because of the high number of fraudulent Chinese degrees we receive, I must answer this with a no, you can not.  We are not allowed to consider any degrees from China unless they go through the CDGDC and you will not get your application reviewed until we have official transcripts.  I am sorry I can not change these rules and they apply to all Chinese applicants.

再问：
. Waral dи,I'm a master. So, I have two transcripts, two degree certificates, two graduation certificates. Each of them in Chinese costs ￥210, and in English costs ￥260. So if I arrange for a verification report including all of them in both Chinese and English, it will cost me more than (￥210+￥260)*6=￥2820. It is about $500, which is too much for me.

So should I arrange for a verification report including all of those in both Chinese and English or just some of them only in English?

Send us one on each.  Make sure you have them sent to:
     Michigan State University
     The Graduate School, Office of Admissions
     250 Administration Bldg
     East Lansing, MI 48824
That is the best I can do for you.

嗯，我在正准备在CDGDC付钱的时候，犹豫了一下。因为不知道机构代码该怎么填。也不知道收件人地址该怎么填。就过来看看。
好像几份的价格都是一样的，我选了2，价格也没变。而且我也只认证英文的了，中文的就算了吧。

几份的价格是一样的是什么意思啊？单英文的也得花一千五了吧？

也不完全是一样的。第二份的阶梯价是40。就是第一份贵

已经比要求WES或者只要求ATA的学校便宜多了。。我只认证了英文。。中文貌似没啥用吧
