项目已经获得2轮早期投资，包括两家知名区块链投资机构和多位币圈大户天使投资人。


BETTER is a blockchain lossless prediction market that combines the lossless mechanism of traditional savings with the transparent and decentralized features of the blockchain prediction market. BETTER aims to become the largest blockchain prediction market platform through disruptive innovation, leading more users to predict the future, hedge the future, and inspire the future.

The project has already received two rounds of early-stage investment, including two well-known blockchain investment institutions and many big angel investors in the cryptocurrency field.


【Responsibilities】
1）Maintain our Twitter、Telegram、Discord、Medium & WeChat communities. You’ll oversee our community moderators and answer community questions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to think of new and exciting ways to engage our community members and help them feel more involved.
2）Manage our social media channels. From setting up our content calendar to engaging with other brands and influencers, you will be tasked with keeping our brand active and engaged on social media.
3）Oversee our paid advertising budget. You will help the team source quality opportunities with audience builders and content creators, and help facilitate payments to those that we enlist services from.
4）Content/design creator. You will help create compelling, well-designed, and user-friendly marketing assets/learning materials to share with the community.
.. 5）Be metric-driven: streamline, actively monitor and regularly report progress across many defined metrics like TVL, number of users, partner members, active governance participants, and more.



【Requirements】
1）Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), ability to clearly communicate and deliver against tight deadlines
2）Resourcefulness - you need to be a fast learner and quickly grasp key partnerships to forge and avenues that will bring the most amplification to our voice
3）Being goal-driven and organized managing dashboards and reporting across defined metrics
4）Being intellectually curious, and relentlessly execute
5）Being fascinated by blockchain technology and decentralized finance


Nice to have
1）2+ years in growth marketing or product marketing, ideally in DeFi or Fintech space
2）2+ years actively involved in the crypto space either as a content creator, active investor, or working under a legitimate protocol/company
