六月EB2报绿

直接上timeline吧。EB2：PD 12/2016；六月份刚current。
１）２０２０年８月份收到面试通知，参加面试；但是网上一直没有更新，　一直显示面试取消。
２）一直担心是不是没有收到重要通知 （H1B曾经被拒一次就是因为没有及时回复RFE; 事实上律师和单位都没有收到RFE;USCIS网上也没有显示RFE；当时的艰难一言难尽---；最后motion to reopen， H1B approved.）正所谓一朝被蛇咬---因此多次和ｅｍｍａ联系想知道case status，没有任何帮助。
3）因此 2020 年12月file a service request to ask for update even though the PD was not current at that time: 网上显示"Case not assigned to an officer" until on 04/30/2021 “your inquiry was completed ”(see timeline below). 没有response at all.

New Card Is Being Produced
On June 2, 2021, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC---, and will mail it to the address you gave us.
04/30/2021

your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number---, was completed.
03/18/2020

We cancelled your interview.
02/13/2020

We scheduled an interview.
02/05/2020

We are ready to schedule your  interview.
08/14/2019
We accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case.

今天approval notice 和卡同时收到. 卡有tracking number. approval notice 就是一般的mail.

我也不是很有经验。　可以试一试file a service request;也许可以把你的case调出来。 但我建议再等两个星期 before filing the request.

Also, you should take the passport and the green card to the local social security office and ask for any work restrictions to be removed from your records and be issued an unrestricted social security card.

不是12月20 就是12月21.

是I-485 下面的。 是绿卡吧。 我当时也坎坷不安就和emma live chat to confirm it.
