类似zillow和redfine的地产公司compass公司，但是主要是针对agent的tool chain system development。第一轮店面通过第三方公司Karat，主要两个部分15min的sd, 和45min的coding1）sd共三道题， 提供大致的英文描述
a) there is music app and a load balancing server, the LB server forwards the music uploading (write) request to 100 database server by the consistent hashing strategry, and the each server can store the same anount of music, Q: List the bottleneck and issues of this design.
b) there is mobile pazzle game that run on the mobile phone. This app can provide the hints to this game to users, there are two options to store the hints 1) the hints are stored in the remote server and everytime the hints need to be fetched from remote server, 2) the hints are stored in the local mobile phone, everytime the hints can be loaded from mobile directly. Q: list the disadvantages and advantages of these two schemas
c) there is very popular music app that has been relased in US, and there is a plan to launch this app in international countries. Q: list some considerations focused on the backed system when the app is going to launched in international areas.

我看到说会综合两次的结果，好的一次权重会高一点，就当练手了：

Once your second interview is complete, we will consider the full scope of your results from both interviews to inform our decision. While the redo interview doesn't fully overwrite your initial interview, we do tend to give more credence to the better of the two assessments.

可以redo, 我第一次第二题差不多也做出来了但是没买来得及run test, 所以也挂了。redo第二次过了

棒棒哒，其实也没那么绝对，必须第二题pass all tests，主要是还是看过程中水平如何，即使第二题因为没时间没写完还是有可能过的

karat coding是前2题要出结果 ，第三题讲思路才能过kara coding正确的解法是：
2台电脑
一台电脑把所有的面筋题目搜集好
第二台电脑用于面试，coding时直接对着敲code就行了

面经题，要前2题出运行结果才能过

是compass是这样还是karat这样啊，我上一次也是karat面试，也是这种状况，第二题partial coding但是也拿到onsite了

面试官是要求你share整个屏幕，还是浏览器一个tab？一个大屏幕可以了吧。
