犹他大学(University of Utah) CE 全奖RA PhD 招生 - 方向RL/DL/System

Prof. Yu (https://ycunxi.github.io/cunxiyu/) has 2-3 immediate Ph.D. positions with full RA support in Computer Engineering (CS/ECE joint; all my current students registered at CS) at University of Utah. Expected starting date can be as early as Fall 2021 (if you are in US. right now), or Spring 2022. Currently, our group have 5(+1 visiting PhD) excellent PhD students, 1 postdoc, and one NSF funded undergrad researcher, and is looking forward to grow the group.

Yu's group is currently supported by NSF FMiTF Award, NSF SHF Core, NSF CAREER Award, Xilinx, and DOE Center for Integrated Nanotechnologies (CINT), in the fields of graph learning, deep learning systems (compiler, infrastructure, hardware etc.), and reinforcement learning for sicence (physics, materials, electronic design automation).

Specifically, I am looking for students to work on topics:
        •        Graph Learning, Graph Neural networks (GNN), Generative GNN,
        •        Reinforcement Learning, physics-informed RL

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong research interests and motivation
• Solid programming skills in C/C++/python
• CS/ECE/Math/Physics majors with a solid GPA record
• Solid communication and writing skills (valid GRE/TOEFL test records are required for admin procedure)
