等了大半年都没结果，发邮件去投诉要求退款。竟然真的退款成功了！
等到不相等的或者已经决定去别的学校的朋友们可以试试哦！

退的是申请费

I have submitted the application for half a year, yet I do not have any update or communication on my application. I even wonder if I ever apply for this College. So, I am requesting to withdraw my application and request a refund for it.

然后过了半个月才回复：

Thank you for your email and I’m very sorry that you did not receive a decision in good time.
In order for us to arrange a refund of your application fee please can you confirm the CPG number you received in your original payment confirmation email?

回复这个邮件之后过了三五天就收到退款确认

IC出了商学院申请不用申请费我记得, 估计退的是stipend
